Itinerary (B and H) Monday 24th October 2016 • 08:45 Students enter through reception and take bags to: Gym (Bollin), (Dressed for activities) Main Hall (Harefield), (Dressed for activities) Students hand in any medicine that requires supervision with administering to the group leader (We should already be aware of this from VIS 4 form) • 10:00 – 12:00Leave Wilmslow High School and travel to residential centres (NO STOPS) • 12:30 - 13.30 Arrive at centre and have packed lunch (This should be in a disposable bag so that once consumed all contents can be disposed of) • 14:30 Begin activities for the day/evening

Itinerary (B and H) Tuesday 25th October 2016 • Breakfast 8.30am/Lunch 12.30pm/Dinner 5.30pm • 6 activity sessions each day • Plus juice breaks/hot chocolate • Evening Session 7.45pm – 9.00pm Wednesday 26th October 2016 • 08:30 Students pack and clear bedrooms • 09:00 2 Activity sessions • 12:00 Provided with packed lunch • 13:00 Leave residential centres and travel to Wilmslow High School (NO STOPS) • 15:00 Arrive at Wilmslow High School for collection by parents/carers

Behaviour Contract • Students must obey all instructions given by staff or instructors without question or delay. • Students must be polite, courteous and considerate at all times. • Students must not leave the accommodation without permission and must never go off on their own. • Students must not smoke or purchase cigarettes. • Students must not bring I-Pods, I-pads, mobile phones and MP3 players on the visit • Students must obey any other rules which may be imposed because of local conditions • Students must not carry with them or purchase or consume alcoholic drinks. • Students must not engage in violent conduct. Failure to follow the behaviour contract and act in the appropriate manner expected by the school, will result in the student not being allowed to participate in particular activities or may, in severe cases, result in the student being sent home early.

  28. What will the food be like? Breakfast, lunch & dinner are all created around food that children love to eat – but with health & nutrition foremost in mind. The menus have recently been updated to exceed Government regulations and vary from day to day according to season and the individual centre. Communal dining room where there is always a choice of hot & cold dishes, vegetarian selections and fresh salad bars. Catering for children with special religious or dietary needs

SAMPLE MENU Breakfast A choice of cereals or a cooked breakfast Lunch Baguette & Wrap Bar with your choice of freshly prepared fillings; Tuna mayo; Tandoori chicken; Mature Cheddar cheese; Cajun roasted red onion & peppers Fish Fingers with curly fries and coleslaw Salad bar Dinner Pea & mint soup Slow Roasted Beef & Vegetable Casserole, served with herby rice Vegetable & bean casserole served with herby rice (v) Ham & Cheese Pizzas Roasted new potatoes All come with a choice of salad or buttered peas and carrots Rice Pudding & Berry compote

  30. WHAT TO PACK Clothing and shoes worn outside during activities will inevitably get dirty – so old clothes are best! Name all items of clothing – and provide your child with a packing list, so that he/she can check items back into their bag. At least 2 pairs of shoes – clean and dirty pair Plastic bags for wet/dirty clothes Swimming kit Waterproofs 2 towels Water bottle Sleeping aids if needed! NO VALUABLES NO AEROSOLS See packing list
