  1. Bharti Arora Police Officer Bharti Arora police officer - I have seen many Super woman who made their stand felt in this male dominated society and garnered respect from all works of Life. Bharti Arora, a 1998 Indian Police Service (IPS) officer, has made her mark felt in this Millennium City Gurgaon. My inspiration Bharti Arora Joint Commissioner, Gurgaon Police, (Bharti Arora has the additional charge of traffic) for her exemplary efforts in making Gurgaon roads safer. Due to her efforts the NH-8 today is faster and hassle free without the perils of the toll booth. Bharti Arora Haryana police officer Apart from her Professional life she is also a Social worker who works many social causes including ‘Gau raksha Abhiyaan / Haryana ‘. After I met her, I had a chance witness how she manages her professional personal & social life. I was surprised to see the simplicity with which she carried herself her work. I was forced to think many times ‘If she can why CAN’T I? Last year when I had picked up the Friday Gurgaon the headline said” The Force Is with You- Bharti Arora ips officer Here I am quoting a few lines form that Interview” The office and the household are two great responsibilities, and I can’t shun either of them. It’s very difficult to maintain a balance, but with time I have learnt. Frequent transfers not only disturb this balance, but the personal life also gets affected. I have two children, and each time I get transferred, it means a change of school, along with other aspects of life. So, life is difficult, but we need to find a way out –and fortunately I have,” form more information visit: https://ipsbhartiaroracourtorder.blogspot.com/ As DCP Traffic (2012), she initiated many avant-garde solutions to resolve the traffic woes of the City. People in Delhi /NCR have still not forgotten her steps and the legal battle she fought against NHAI and DGSCL in 2012. She had put up a fool proof case against the Expressway concessionaire, Delhi-Gurgaon Super Connectivity Ltd (DGSCL), backed with evidence which eventually led the court to put a stay on toll collection for 15 days in Sept (2012). Just before hearing in Sept 2012 she was transferred by to Rewari. Her transfer was believed to be politically motivated however undeterred Bharti moved to Rewari as the new police chief. Next day the news carried this headline ” Top cop who took on Gurgaon toll plaza transferred” Rewari saw a significant improvement in the crime graph. As a part of her social movement she also worked for the disowned Cow’s and rescued them in Haryana. She

This association helped me in person I came in touch with several ‘gau-shala’s ‘in Delhi/NCR area and had a chance to give my ‘Sharm-daan’ for a noble cause. In Sept 2012 I had witnessed several Resident Welfare Associations have demanded that her transfer to Rewari be cancelled. Just in 5 month’s March 2013 she was called back to Guragon but this time as” Joint Commissioner, Gurgaon Police.
