Planning and Zoning Commission • Reviews requests for zoning changes; establishes principles and policies for guiding development in Orange County, and promotes orderly development in accordance with the Comprehensive Policy Plan. • Meets third Thursday of each month at 9:00 a.m. • Financial Disclosure Required

Planning and Zoning Commission • Nine members: one appointed from each of the county commission districts upon recommendation of the district commissioner; one member appointed by the Mayor; and two at large members appointed by the full Board of County Commissioners. • Dr. Kirsten Carter has resigned. She was serving in the at large representative category.

  4. Planning and Zoning Commission • ACTION REQUESTED: Appointment of an individual to succeed Dr. Kirsten Carter in the at large representative category on the Planning and Zoning Commission with a term expiring December 31, 2007.
