Milk : • Milk is a rich source of lactic acid, an alpha-hydroxy acid that helps to exfoliate dry and dead skin cells, stimulating cell regeneration for softer, smoother skin. • Take 3-4 tablespoons of cold milk in a bowl. • Dip a cotton ball or a piece of gauze in it. • Apply it to dry skin. • Allow the milk to soak into the skin for 10 minutes. • Rinse off with cool water.Re-apply every alternate day.
