Run Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter Your Android device is unreachable probably because there is an issue with the USB driver of your Android device. You can run hardware and devices troubleshooter on Windows to fix any possible issue with drivers. Press Windows + S to open the search bar, type Troubleshooting to open the troubleshooter tool.
