  5. College Goal To be a nationally recognized comprehensive master’s institution focused on student success

  6. Invest in Kickstart Providing an Environmental Scan Harvesting citations from the initial departments Provide opt-out letters for faculty Pre-populate the repository with ~85 articles Provide training and promotion

  7. Faculty Publications Heart of the repository, but LOTS of work Recruitment Rights checking Ongoing process

  8. Create a Signature Collection What will draw users to you? What makes you unique? Studies on Water Resources of New York State and the Great Lakes Computational Math Science and Technology (CMST) Institute Counselor Education Master's Theses
