Organisational Behaviour definitions… ‘is a field of study that investigates the impact that individuals, groups and structure have on behaviour within organisations, for the purpose of applying such knowledge toward improving an organisation's effectiveness’ (Robbins & Judge, 2013) ‘Organisational Behaviour: an interdisciplinary body of knowledge and field of research, concerned with how formal organisations and salient features of theoir context and environment, evolve and take shape, why all these things happen the way they do, and what purposes they serve’. (Huczynski & Buchanan, 2010)
