Closing Remarks Leadership isn’t learned overnight, it takes time, practice, mistakes, Learning, reapplying techniques, more mistakes, perfecting, and then learning more about leadership to become perfect, and then when you think you know it all, you have to unlearn your bad habits and learn the right way. Self-reflection at certain times of the day, month, year, are the best way to evaluate how you are as a leader. Don’t ask for constant feedback watch your subordinates act, both while you are there, and while you are not to gauge your leadership Effectiveness Don’t be a me leader, be a they leader!!!!
