Partner with the U.S. Army • Selected as RCI partner for Forts Meade, Bragg, Polk, Rucker, Riley, Sill and Aberdeen to own, develop, redevelop, operate, maintain, and manage family housing for 50 years • Assumed operations for housing in 2002 at Fort Meade, Maryland. • Hired more than 550 local employees at six installations • End-state will be 25,000 new and renovated homes

  7. Picerne Military Housing Development Plans • Total construction budget: $2.0 billion over the Initial Development Period • 25,000 new and renovated homes • 40,800 Jobs Created After Renovation

Project Schedule • 50 year Development and Management partnership • Development began early 2002 • Vertical construction underway at Fort Meade, Fort Bragg, Fort Polk, Fort Rucker and Fort Riley. Ft. Sill in 2009 • Continue new construction, capital repair and renovations on all homes for 50 years

  19. Bidding Projects: • Fill out and return prequalification forms • Receive invitation to bid • Receive bid package • Submit bid proposal • Receive selection/regrets letter • Coordinate with Picerne construction team • to begin work
