Silicon Image SOA Solution: How it was implemented Silicon Image previously used manual processes to synchronize data between Oracle Applications (Oracle) and their CRM solution.  Oracle BPEL PM provided the technology infrastructure to seamlessly synchronize data between Oracle and Pivotal CRM.  Product and Pricing Data from Oracle 11i was synchronized with Pivotal CRM using the Oracle BPEL PM as the orchestration engine.  Database adapters were used on the Oracle 11i side and web services on the Pivotal CRM end.
