  3. Saturday morning football Saturdays 10.30am – 12noon, P1 - P7

  4. Join the team All Merrylee students welcome. On average 35 – 45 students from all year groups developing their football & team skills. Parents get involved Team of eight coaches. Would you like to join the team?

  6. Badminton club Tuesdays 7 – 9pm, P6 & P7 (Mrs O’Donnell)

  7. Running club – starting soon Mondays from 3 – 4.20pm (Helen McMeekin and Ian Stark)

  8. Keep the running club on track. Helen & Ian are looking for enthusiastic parent volunteers to join the coaching team. Please contact Mrs Mahindru or leave your email address if you can help.  

  9. Football club Mondays 3.10 – 415pm for P5 – P7 students. (Adam, Catherine and coaches).

  10. Squad of 26 children selected from the 56 children who tried out at the start of term. • Team ethos: • play good passing football • how we play as a team is most important (not winning) • Club plays in the Glasgow schools football association on Mondays at Glasgow Green.

  11. Photography club Mondays 3.10 – 4.10pm (Claire House) Last session – 1 term for P6 students > Composition > Digital editing This session – shorter sessions for P5 and P6 students.

  12. Gymnastics Mondays 3.30 – 4.30pm for P5 – P7 students (Miss Bell)

  13. Drama Mondays 3.20 – 4.20pm for P6 – P7 students (Miss Murray)

  14. Spanish Mondays 3.10 – 4pm for P2-3 students (Miss Vallejo-Ceron)

  15. Cheer-leading club Tuesdays from 12.30 – 1.10 for P3 – P4 students (Miss Kirk)

  16. Merry’glee’ Tuesdays 3.20 – 4.20pm for P4 – P7 students (Mrs Hunter)

  17. Fashion Design Tuesdays 3.20 – 4.20pm for P5 – P7 students (Miss Ralston)

  18. Craft club Thursdays 3.10 – 4.20pm for P2 – P3 students (Mrs Sluman)

  19. Morning running club Fridays from 8.10 - 9am for P4 students (Miss Lang)

  20. Coding club Fridays from 12.30 – 1.10pm for P4 – P7 students (Mrs Timoney and Mrs Clark)

  21. Music clubs Mondays and Tuesdays (school time) Recorder and Samba drums

  22. Allotment club Thursdays – Springtime onwards (George & Mrs Sloan, Mrs Cameron)
