Amenajarea si dotarea Laboratorului de Culturi Celulare • S-a amenajat un spatiu din incinta INCDSB Bucuresti cu destinatia “Laborator de Culturi Celulare” (LCC); • S-a achizitionat aparatura specifica performanta; • LCC este proiectat astfel incat sa existe o zona aseptica si sa se impiedice contaminarea incrucisata; • LCC este organizat astfel incat sa corespunda cerintelor standardului SR EN ISO/CEE 17025:2005 in conformitate cu care se solicita acreditarea de catre organismul national de acreditare RENAR.

  3. Aparatura performanta pentru realizarea testelor

  4. Testarea in vitro a unor substante de interes in domeniul agricol • Stabilirea gradului de toxicitate dermala a unor produse de protectia a plantelor; • Demonstrarea la nivel celular a efectului chemopreventiv al unor specii de crucifere tratate cu seleniu.
