  2. Scope The Agency has adopted CIRCABC as tool for consultation. CIRCABC is a platform that encompasses repository functionalities to store and consult working documents and ensure the access to them through internet. The aims in the adoption of CIRCABC are: • Reinforce the communication flow with the Agency’s Advisory Bodies. • Facilitate access to information and involvement of the stakeholders in the Agency’s processes. Combined P&M TAG and E&M and D&M Sub-SSCC Meeting

  3. Basic functionalities of CIRCABC CIRCABC offers a “private space” on the Internet allowing the Agency to communicate more efficiently and effectively with Stakeholders. The following spaces will be made available: • Library • Sharing information • Electronic document repository • Members • Events • Meetings organisation • Newsgroup • Participation in online discussions • Survey (development phase) • Stakeholder Feedback Combined P&M TAG and E&M and D&M Sub-SSCC Meeting
