Demonstrator Conclusions • Positive: • “Learning experience was similar to other trainings” • No need for support staff, only for observing • Assuming setup has been done • More flexible scenario support • Improvements: • Telephony support was missing • Preferred their own IT environment (email, tools, etc.)
