    1. OIF-III III MEF UOC 05108UA Project Image Description Requested by III MEF. The UOC (tier III and/or IV) is required to provide the Third Marine Division with the resources necessary to respond to crisis/contingencies such as UNIFIED ASSISTACNE and MRCs and to provide training for Marines and units preparing for OIF deployments. The UOC is required to provide the Division CE and subordinate regimental and battalion commanders with facilities for hosting, transport, and the display of battlefield tactical data systems and the Commander's Tactical Picture. Proposed Solution To be determined. A total of (3) systems are being requested, one for Hawaii, and two for Okinawa. Status (as of 16 June 05) Briefed at the 10 May 05 DWG. The next UOCs available from production will be in Mar 2006, which are under contract now for production.
