A huge number of professionals pursue one or the other programme to enhance their skills and also gain a certification. MBA is one such professional programme that helps you to enhance your skills.

To pursue MBA in India, one needs to appear for any of the following tests mentioned below, to get an admission into the best colleges in the country. 1.CAT CAT also called the Common Admission test is the most popular entrance exam for MBA that is conducted by IIM. All the 20 IIMs and several renowned B- schools in India accept CAT scores. Eligibility:A graduate with 50% aggregate or equivalent CGPA from a recognized university or institute and students in the final year of graduation are eligible to appear for CAT. 2.XAT Xavier Aptitude Test is conducted by XLRI Jamshedpur and upon qualifying this; one is eligible to take admission in Xavier Associate Management Institutes and also in several renowned B-schools in India. Eligibility: Candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university or institute.

  3. 3.GMAT It is an international MBA test. The scores of GMAT are accepted by several B- schools in India and abroad. There are several B-schools in India that offer scholarships based on your scores. For example, BML Munjal University offers 100% scholarship of tuition fee, accommodation, and food if your GMAT score is >750. Eligibility:Candidate should be above 18 years and a graduate. 4.MAT It is conducted by All India Management Association 4 times a year for admission in about 500 B-schools in India and Abroad. Eligibility: Same as XAT. 5.NMAT The NMAT score is accepted by 16 B-schools and can be attempted thrice. The best of the 3 scores is considered during the admission process. Eligibility: Same as CAT.
