  2. La réponse cytogénétique : - Réponse cytogénétique majeure : RCM * RCC = Ph+ = 0% * RCP = Ph+ = 1-35% - Réponse cytogénétique mineure : RCm Ph+ > 35% - Échec cytogénétique = Ph + > 95%

  3. La réponse moléculaire ( conférence de consensus de Bethesda) : - RQ-PCR ( 10ml) - « log-réduction »  IS : International scale : échelle international 3 log réduction = 0.1% - RMM = IS < 0.1% - RMC = gène indétectable
