  16. Mandatory 1 - Coordinates Allocation withoutcoordinatesis not authorised

  17. Mandatory 2 – proximitysearch To finalise a request for allocation, the proximitysearchwith « map » and « list » functionsismandatory and remains the authoriseduser’sresponsibility

  18. Proximity check with listing The authorised user is made aware of the soundinglikeproximity. Anotherselectionwillthenberequired Note: 500NM is the radius currentlydetermined as safe for a soundinglikeproximity

  19. Proximity check withmapview With the mapfunction , the future 5LNC isidentifiedwith a blue label. Similar codes within a close proximity are highlighted in red

  20. RemindingSafety issues Warnings are prompted to draw the authoriseduser’s attention on the necessity to modify the request.

Posting a 5LNC request –recommended option • From reserve list : random search from given coordinates 1- no need for specific pattern 2- knowncoordinates 3- click « search » for random 4- a list of 30 codes withproximity check doneisautomaticallygenerated 5- request for allocation canbefinalised
