Workday Release 31 • Workday will be issuing Release 31 on September 8 • Major releases twice per year • Increased capabilities/functionality: • Will have the opportunity to add estimated freight to a requisition • UIT has been testing and will continue to rigorously test • Will enable approximately 1 week later • Workday general communications come from Jim Dobbertin • Procurement specific communications will be posted on the URProcurement site https://www.rochester.edu/adminfinance/urprocurement/ and published in the Newsletter.

P2P Updates • Added a Medical Supplies SIG • Ensure we understand Medical Supplies Requirements and concerns • Added /will be adding a handful of new users • Testing Requisitioner Training for MyPath • SIR Initiator and all approver training is tested and available in MyPath • Testing WalkMe for EUAT participants • Requested WalkMe support for Procurement
