  12. The Event Filter • A new tool to alleviate the task of filling out awards! • It will help eliminate most of the tedious work • A club simply copies events from the MRF straight onto the sorter, which then organizes all events by the tab requested. • Ex. If I’m filling out a Kiwanis Family award and I only want events with a KF tag, then I will filter all the events and it will only show me events that include the KF tags. From there I copy the events to the award itself. Easy peasy! • Stick around at the end to see a demo of the filter!

  13. Award Cut Off Dates & Due Dates • Awards Cut Off Date: • Feb. 17th • After this day, hours and events will not be valid in terms of awards • Awards Due Date: • Must be received by Feb. 20th • Must be mailed, cannot be dropped off by a club *Mei Po Wong due Feb. 20th at 10pm by email.

Between the Board: • Split up the awards • Split up between board members • Split up Total Achievement • Edit awards continuously • Read carefully • Don’t leave blanks! • Ex. NA (Not Applicable) • Format correctly • Make it look neat, organized and easy to read DON’T PROCRASTINATE! The earlier you start, the earlier you can ask questions and get answers!!!!
