  14. VLE Objective 1 Essex ACL will create a virtual learning environment that will be operational for pilot courses – 28 February 2006

  16. VLE Objectives 2 and 6 Recruit and train 2 volunteer tutors to run pilot courses from September 2006 • ICT • Languages • A minimum total of 20 learners will be enrolled on the two pilot courses

  17. VLE Objectives 3 and 4 • We will recruit nine staff to train as ‘Creators’ - July 2006 • Nine ‘Creators will conduct training to target group of tutors (5%) - July 2006 ongoing

  22. e-valuation • The project will be evaluated through feedback from: • Managers • Tutors • Learners This will be included in the project ‘milestone’ reports (Feb 2006, Jul 2006 and Feb 2007) and will be used to measure project targets and influence change
