Player Registration – Deadline Dec 31st 2008 • All Players must be registered to play. • All Players must be within age unless authorized by the league in writing. • All Players must be pupils at the school on match-day. • All Players must be identifiable via web-site / ID Number • All League data is password protected. • All coaches must carry a copy of team ID at games. • Venues will hold a master copy for emergency back-up • All Registered Players given ID cards. • Maximum numbers of registered players • - Maximum squad for U8 = 14 Players - Maximum squad for U10 = 16 Players - Maximum squad for U12 = 18 Players - Maximum squad for U14 = 18 Players - Maximum squad for U16 = 18 Players • See Web-site – Player Registration

The Fixture List • 12 week season for league – January 10th to 28th March • 5 weeks Cup Competition – Some Sundays • Agreed off–days / Sunday back-up days & Greenfields Cup • Play mid-week matches if possible before scheduled match or re-arranged match – U10’s Important • Accredited league officials must be present • Alternative venues acceptable with approval • Advise Fixture Secretary of any change of schedule 5 days in advance • Check mid-week for playing Schedule Note: Web-site for changes. League will approve and confirm enforced change of fixture for acceptable reasons only agreed by committee in advance.

Special Rules for U8’s • Try to give players equal time on-field as much as possible • ‘Mercy Rule’ to apply at 6-0 balance teams • Points to be awarded – League published but No goal difference or scored will be shown • Remove over dominant players at 6-0 • Respect referees direction on players fielded • Communicate with coaches • Quentin Freeman acts as U8 Coordinator • Control parents at all costs U8 = Fun and Learning

Age Abuse is Unacceptable • U8 – Must not be born before 1.9.2000. • U10 – Must not be born before 1.9.1998. • U12 – Must not be born before 1.9.1996. • U14 – Must not be born before 1.9.1994. • U16 – Must not be born before 1.9.1992. • Register players on Web-site DOB/ID. • We will audit all successful teams/players. • Over age players will be banned. • Team deducted 3 Points on First Offence. • Team Banned on Second Offence. • Please Cooperate at all times, Report violation’s

  18. Rules and Regulations • FIFA rules with specific amendments. (See web-site) • No offsides in U8/U10 (No goal hanging). • Rolling unlimited substitutes during stoppage in play. • U8 Special rules • U14/U16 Red/Yellow cards will be used. • No coaching from behind goals/parents not allowed behind goals. • Venue inconsistencies? • Shin – Pads must be worn League disciplinary committee decision are final.

League – Code of Conduct • All schools must have signed the Code of Conduct and league disclaimer letter before January 10th. • Respect the match official at all times. • Coaches must be aware of parental involvement / Responsibility. • Pitch incursion is unacceptable without referee approval or coach and parent tending to injured player only. • No parents/spectators on goal lines. • Schools will be held accountable for parent/coaches conduct. • Fair Play For All

  20. The Greenfields Cup • Preliminary Round : 25th January (Sunday) • 1st Round : 14th February (Sunday 15th) • Round : 28th February (Sunday 29th ) • Semi Final : 28th March • Final : TBA All players must have appeared in one league match.Penalties (best of 5) to decide drawn games.
