Essentials for a good INTERREG-project • Common understanding (”Not what’s in it for me, but what’s in it for us) • Common goals and strong commitment • Quick results (show that this is not just talk, but an action orientated and result driven project) • Understand and respect cultural differences, but don’t compromise on 1)-2) • Strong project management is crucial • Secure progress

Ideas for new INTERREG-projects • Support prolongation for the 5 best present INTERREG-projects with INTERREG-funding • Combined other tourism-products developed for overseas markets (US and Asia) • Strengthen the infrastructure in the Baltic Area (develop statistics and reasons-to-go between the Baltic countries)

  14. Wishes to INTERREG • Support good projects and support prolonging projects as well • Look critical at the project and the results • But don’t kill good projects with bureaucracy!
