Lapatinib+ trastuzumab /3 sem. w-P : paclitaxel hebdomadaire ; 3-w D: docétaxeltoutes les 3 sem. • Tous les patients : radiothérapiesiindiquée (concomitante avec les thérapiesciblées). • Patientes RH+ : hormonothérapie pour au moins 5 ans. • ASCO® 2014 - M.
