Pirates' Promise Program at OCC • Orange Coast College is committed to the success of its students and wants to help them accelerate their education in order to start their career or transfer sooner. •  The Pirates‘ Promise Program provides eligible students free tuition, covers your health/college services fees and gives textbook support for two years.

  4. Two-year free tuition  Academic Advisement  Health/College Service Fees Academic Counseling  Textbook Assistance Program Benefits 

  5. Eligibility Criteria  First-time college student  California Resident  Apply for financial aid: FAFSA or CA Dream Act 12+ Unit enrollment 

  6. Application Process  www.orangecoastcollege.edu/piratespromise

  7. Complete a comprehensive education plan in the first year Maintain mandatory 12 unit enrollment Achieve a minimum of 2.0 GPA and be in good standing Apply for Financial Aid the following year to qualify for year two Maintaining Your Eligibility
