End of Semester 2 exams第二学期期末考试 • Academic calendar is 40 weeks 校历上是40周 • Final day Friday 21 June本学年的最后一天是6月21日 • Final exams for subjects in week 39第39周将进行所有科目的期末考试

B. AP Course RegistrationAP课程登记 • Students will need to register for subjects for next year 学生需要登记下一年修读的AP课程 • Deadline 26 April 截止日期：4月26日 • The school will use the Naviance system for this (online) 学校将利用Naviance系统，供学生在线提交申请 • All current courses will be offered again next year 本学年提供的课程下一年会继续提供 • AP Psychology will also be added 将增加AP心理学课程 • One more course likely to be added, to be confirmed later 更多可能增加的课程，将会进一步确认

AP Course RegistrationAP课程登记 • All students need to take English所有学生需要修读英语 • Choose between standard English and AP English Language在标准英语和AP英语语言中进行选择 • Can choose a further 2-3 AP ‘units’ 可以再选择2-3个“单位”的AP课程 • 1 unit is equal to 1 year of study for subjects which have 4-5 hours per week 一个“单位”等于一门全年课程，每周4-5节课 • Some subjects are only 1 semester so are 0.5 ‘units’ e.g. Physics C, Macro-/Micro-Economics 有一些科目是一个学期的课程，算0.5“单位”，例如物理C、宏观经济学、微观经济学

AP Course RegistrationAP课程登记 Difference between Physics B & C 物理B和C的差别 • If interested in Physics, choose one (not both)如果对物理感兴趣，修读一门物理 • Cover same topics 覆盖的主题相同 • Physics C has more depth物理C的内容更深入一些 • Physics C only necessary if you want to study engineering or physical science major 只有当你选择工程或物理科学作为专业时，才是必修课 • Physics C needs strong Math 物理C需要数学很强
