GBT Project Budget 2014 GBT R&D • GBLD10: ~32k (two iterations) • Two SEU test runs: ~20k • New SAT board: ~10k • New tests board for the tester: ~10k • SEU-GLIB test board: ~20k • Equipment for production testing (PC, etc,…): ~10k • LpGBT (consultancy / design services): ~100k • Subsistence (4 month): ~16k GBT chipset production • GBTX, GBTIA, GBLD 4/5, GBT – SCA engineering run: ~700k (three splits) • Wafers: ~20k • Crystals (30k parts): ~350k • Capacitors: ~300k (need to look for a cheaper solution 1.73 / piece, 6 per package) • Packaging: 140k (4.65 / piece)
