Internal Coach • Schedule meetings, prepare agenda, facilitate meetings • Ensure data is used on a monthly basis to drive decision making and is shared with staff • Use action plan to ensure goals and objectives are being met • Inform district, region, and administrative personnel of progress and barriers • Attend trainings and webinars

  9. Critical Dates • Monday, Dec. 6 at 4:00-4:45pm- Webinar for Year 2 (Cohort 12 campuses only) – Benchmarks for Advanced Tiers (BAT) and Universal Screeners Training • Monday, Jan. 31 and Tuesday, Feb. 1-PBIS Team Training for ALL campuses at the Service Center including a Poster Session

Next Steps • Record training dates on your calendar • Share dates with administrators and the team • Decide who will attend the Dec. 6 webinar (year 2 teams only) • Meet with team about poster session, use BOQ to decide what to showcase, make an action plan. Poster should be completed by Jan. 31st • Bring your team goals/action plan to the Jan. 31st and Feb. 1stteam training • Watch for more webinar announcements in the spring • Eat lots of turkey!!!!!
