The Vision ! - Our Strategic Plan The Process • Board started the Process in February—Kurt Kuebler of Kopplin & Keuberfacilitated the start; • Board and Department Heads continued discussions in March with Kurt to develop a list of your Club’s strengths, weaknesses, and strategic opportunities. • From this information, we began the process of sketching the vision for Wedgewood. • Next step is to involve you in focus groups / surveys to determine what you would like your Club to offer.
