  1. WHY IS STRETCHING SO IMPORTANT?

  2. A person who is physically fit is able to enjoy better all the luxuries of life. Being fit does not mean having a good body or being skinny. It includes having a healthy body and a sound mind. It is said that “A sound mind is preserved in a healthy body”. A person having a sound mind will be able to think better in all situations of life. If you are healthy, you will be able to perform well in all the fields of the life, whether it is your studies or work. A healthy person can also give better time to his/her family. To have a healthy body, one must choose a healthy life style like not eating too much junk food, doing regular exercise etc.

  3. These days our life style is changing. It has become really fast. Everything is to be done in minimum time frame. To stay in track with this life, we are slowly losing our health. We are relying too much on machines. Our body has become used to them. As a result, our body is becoming lazy and unfit. Several diseases like diabetes could be controlled by keeping a healthy life style. It is also advisable to know the needs and limits of your body. If needed, join a gym. It is a common notion that only fat or obese people should join the gym but it is wrong. Taking care of one’s body is a right of everyone. Even if you are skinny or thin you can take these measures to stay fit.

  4. If you find the exercises of the gym too tiring or tough, then there are other means to stay fit as well like Pilates, yoga, aerobics or dance. Methods like aerobics and dance helps in maintaining good health and they can be fun and entertaining as well. They also improve flexibility of the body. We often see various sites or television shows promoting fitness with super skinny models, showing off their bodies. They provide us with false hopes and facts. They just try to sell their products.

  5. Even if you are not thin, you should take care of your body to stay healthy and should adopt a healthy lifestyle to keep your body disease free. Thank you
