Tax Free Shopping *Period Apr’15 - Mar’16 • Helping our partners boosts sales • Governments waive VAT/GST for goods bought by international visitors, to encourage foreign tourists shopping expenditure • Tax Free Shopping (TFS) enables these Globe Shoppers to reclaim VAT/GST on the purchases they take with them at the end of their trip. • Global Blue manages each tax refund for the merchant, so they can benefit from these Globe Shoppers and focus on selling. • In 2016* Global has powered 30 million Tax Free Shopping transactions.
