  1. A Study about Custom Fabric Printing The basic step of custom fabric printing starts with more research and experimentation. There are many websites and online graphic designers for choosing custom fabric printing.

  2. Different types of printing method 1.Block printing The block printings are mostly made up of wood that stands for background surface. The paste is applied to the design surface on the block and then the block is pressed against the fabric.

  3. This process is repeated with different design and colors until the pattern is completed. 2.Roller printing Separate printing roller will be used for each color for roller printing. Each roller rotates over the pressure roller under the fabric and provides flexible support for the custom fabric printing. 3.Screen printing Screen printing has become very popular recently because of versatility and developing of rotary screen printing machines which are capable of very high rates of production. One advantage is that heavy depths of shade can be produced in screen printing. 4.Heat transfer printing In heat transfer printing the design is printed initially on a special paper, using conventional printing machinery. After this,

  4. the paper is placed with the fabric and heated when the dye is transfer to the fabric. 5.Ink-jet printing Ink-jet printing is categorized as carpet printing, wrap printing, resist printing, and photographic printing. Carpet printing: thee range of patterns is possible to produce using tufting machines was limited and there was a desire to produce greater flexibility of design for these types of carpets. Wrap printing: wrap printing is done by printing the design on the sheet of warp yarns before weaving. In wrap printing, white color or neutral color and a gray effect are produced on the design. 6.Resist printing Resist printing includes two methods such as by applying a resist agent in the desired design then dyeing the fabric and by including a resist agent and a dye paste which is applied for the design.

  5. 7.Photographic printing Photographic printing is one of the methods of printing from photoengraved rollers. The design looks like a photograph. 8.Pigment printing In pigment printing, the pigments will be used to print instead of using dyes. The colors produced by the pigments are bright and generally fat except to crocking.

  6. 9.Burn out printing This is a method of printing to obtain a raised design on a sheer ground. The design is applied with a special chemical onto a fabric pair of threads of different fibers.
