  1. ‘I found a mental page of scribblings. It was SO mad I couldn’t figure out whether it was suicidal or totally life affirming. What stuck with me was that the page was dated, “1st June. The 1975”.’ Ed Spence Helen Verhoeven: Old photos (could be from 1975??) manipulates and pasted together and repainted more simply. You could combine the photos to tell an untrue ‘disordered’ story.
