    3. KANSAS RESULTS City of Lawrence, KS Purchased 3 dr. Additional in Aug., 2004. Shawnee County- Purchased 4 dr. in 2004. Kansas City, MO- Purchased 1 dr. in 2003, Committed to purchase 30 dr. in 2004 Plan to sealing 1/3 of bridges every year. Kansas DOT –testing for state approval.

    4. MISSOURI BRIDGE TEST APPLICATION Festus Road District- August 2003 ATENDEES: MO DOT, St. Louis Dist., City of St. Louis, St. Louis County, Cities of Kirkwood, Platt and Pevely.

    5. MISSOURI RESULTS City of Kirkwood, MO Purchased 3 dr. in Aug., 2003. Will purchase more in 2004. MO DOT, ST. LOUIS- Purchased 3 dr. in 2004. MO DOT- Testing for state approval. SASCO is actively involved.

    6. NEBRASKA BRIDGE TEST APPLICATION City of Lincoln, September 2003. ATENDEES: Nebraska DOR, Dist 1,3,4 DOT Materials testing Lab. Cities of Omaha, Iowa- Pottawattamie County, Sioux City, City of Freemont

    7. NEBRASKA RESULTS Nebraska DOR Dist. 3 Purchased 2 dr. in 2003 and 2 dr. in 2004. Pottawattamie County, Iowa Purchased 15 dr. in 2004. All Nebraska districts have been contacted for approving Macro-Deck.

    8. IOWA BRIDGE TEST APPLICATION Council Bluffs, Iowa- June 2004. ATENDEES: Iowa Dist. 1,3 Nebraska DOR Materials testing Lab. Cities of Omaha, Sioux, Des Moines

    9. IOWA RESULTS IOWA DOT GAVE STATEWIDE APPROVAL FOR USE OF MACRO-DECK ON ALL CONCRETE SURFACES. Pottawattamie County, Iowa Purchased 15 dr. in 2004. City of Omaha Will purchase this fall. All Iowa DOT and County Engineers have been contacted for approving Macro-Deck.

    10. IN PROGRESS SUBMITTED FOR STATE APPROVAL COLORADO UTAH TESTING BY AASHTO (BEING DISCUSSED) Quotation for testing by independent Labs. Has been obtained.
