  1. Diagnosis and Treatment for Back Pain Back pain is one of the most annoying problems. It usually becomes a reason of absence from work. Back pain can do damage to the person of any age or gender. .The main and the most common back pain occurs due to lifting heavy weights repeatedly or due to a sudden movement. It can sprain the back muscles and spinal ligaments. Moreover, they can prove dangerous if the person is in a bad physical state and is not fit. Bulging or ruptured disks are a result of not being fit. Some of the activities that can lead to muscle sprains are: 1) Lifting something that is way too heavy. 2) Lifting something improperly. 3)An awkward movement.

  2. Treatment for Back Pain Back pain can also be caused if we do not take care of our back properly. We need to follow every precaution in order to avoid this exasperating type of pain. For instance, sleeping on a mattress that does not provide enough support to our body and to our spine will injure our back and therefore back pain will develop. Driving for a long time without taking a much needed break will become a mainspring for back pain. Another factor that needs to be looked upon is bending for a long time or straining the neck forward can cause problems for our back. These were the reasons for common back pain, however, there are also some diseases that become a foundation for back pain. Pelvic inflammatory disease, bladder, or kidney infections may become an origin for back pain. Sleep disorder is also a disease which has an adverse effect on our back.

  3. Symptoms There are many symptoms that indicates to the back pain. If it occurs frequently, then a medical checkup should be done immediately. The symptoms are as followed: 1) Extreme back pain. 2) Inflammation or swelling on the back. 3) Pain down the legs. 4) Pain that reaches below the knees.

  4. Diagnosis Diagnosis of the back pain are done on the basis of symptoms that are felt by patient. An X-ray is an easy way to determine whether the problem is related to the bones or the muscles. A MRI is or CT scans are carried out to see if the pain is caused due to problems in tissues or muscles. A physician might be able to cure the pain by suggesting some sort of exercise that provides comfort to the back. An osteopath can also rehabilitate the pain by slow rhythmic stretching of the muscles.

  5. Home Treatments An extensive amount of rest is a way of curing back pain from home. Moving around slowly and comfortably will also help eradicate the back pain and will avoid muscle stiffness. Having medication that is referred by the doctor helps in erasing the back pain. Muscle relaxants are a kind of medication that are used commonly. Doing some sort of exercise while at home will also in curing the pain. Treatment for back pain has to be carried out on time before things get out of hand. It can easily be avoided by following some simple precautionary measures. Back pain is an irritating type of body pain from which we have to refrain, otherwise, it will cause many other life problems.
