OUR BUSINESS IDEA • Our idea is to introduce traditional Pasta dishes into the usual Italian street food concept and match quality food with fast street food mode. • We combine creative pasta recipes and artistic packaging designs and shake it together with fresh made Pasta to create a new tasty and attractive food for all those who enjoy good food

  5. STRATEGY • Strategy is to transfer a higher standard table product into a standing fast food consumers concept. With the combination of handy and nice design dishes and glasses we aim to make “standing” mode complicate pasta eating a simple and tasty experience to enjoy quickly every day. No matter if good and bad weather, in terms of marketing approach “PASTA BREAK” wants to offer FRESH AND GOOD QUALITY PASTA at a reasonable HIGHER PRICE if compared to the so called common “junk-food” like Sandwiches, burgers…. and will place his products. Product will be served only by specialized cooks and will be available only at our unique (in design and originality) vans that will drive through town and will be available IN THE RIGHT PLACE AT THE RIGHT TIME OF THE DAY to give exclusive experience to consumers

THE REASONS OF OUR (HYPOTHETICAL) SUCCES • In a market segment usually driven by Fast-food chains like McDs and B-King, food vans/trucks, hot dogs grills and more and more variables we believe there is a good opportunity to differentiate and offer for high quality „standing“ food made of fresh made traditional pasta with its different dresses and sauces. • Good, healthy ingredients, cooked and combined in uncommon taste associations will lead customers to challenge and investigate new combination of pasta.
