  10. “Facing the birth of a son or daughter with special abilities rocks stability, and brings pain, rage, anxiety, sadness but also hope. The mixture of feelings is hard to manage if you have nobody to accompany you, and you need to know that you are not alone on the journey. In NexeFundació we found a team of people working for the children and the support we needed to find new stability in our family. They have become our lifelong friends. Their company gave us strength to carry on, and they guided us when we felt most lost.
