  2. Cats have been in the world since in the prehistoric time, in the ancient time cats have been domesticated and breed to be a pet. Most domesticated cats were breed as a hybrid to make it more exotic and expensive.

  3. Cats have been great and cute pets, just like dogs they are loyal and very playful. Here are some of the most expensive cats in the world:

  4. Savannah The Savannah cat is a combination of a serval cat (an African medium wild cat) and a domesticated cat, making it a hybrid breed of cat. The cross breeding first started in the year 1986 and became famous in the year 1996 to 2001.

  5. The cross breeding still exist today but with the current existence of the Savannah cat the breeding process became easier and the Savannah cat’s price is about 4,000 to 20,000 dollars.

  6. Bengal The Bengal cat is also a hybrid kind of cats they were the combination of a domesticated cat and the selective wild cats like Clouded Leopard, Leopard, Margays and Ocelot. But the most popular combination is the combination of a domesticated cat and an Asian Leopard cat and the price of a Bengal cat is about 1,000 to 25,000 dollars.

  7. Manx The Manx cat is a native in the Island of Man and has a special characteristic the tailless breed of cat. The Manx cat can be in many colors and pattern, with their friendly, active and playful characteristic they are one of the favorite pets of farmers and sailors for the rodent problems. The Manx cat’s cost is over 800 to 4,000 dollars.

  8. Peterbald The Peterbald originally came from Russia and have a slim but muscular build body. The first Peterbald was created in 1994 when they breed the Don Hairless and an Oriental Shorthair cat giving birth to two litters. The price of a Peterbald is over 1,000 to 5,000 dollars.

  9. Scottish Fold The Scottish Fold cat has a signature appearance their folded ears, the first known Scottish Fold cat were in 1960’s that was found in a farm in Scotland. The first known Scottish Fold cat was Susie and the ancestor of the present Scottish Fold cats were Susie herself. The price of a Scottish Fold cat is 500 to 3,000 dollars.

  10. Russian Blue The Russian Blue is a silver blue colored fur cat; the cat is a shy but playful and intelligent cat. The Russian Blue is also known as the Archangel Blue and the first appearance of this cat in Russia was in 1875. The price of the Russian Blue is over 350 to 3,000 dollars.

  11. These are just some of the expensive cats in the world and like other cats they are domesticated, active, playful and intelligent cats. Cats are great companions and pet for they are playful and friendly.
