Many Bright Spots in Policy Innovations of Elderly Care Service Industry in Wuxi It was learnt from the promotion meeting of accelerating the development of elderly care service industry in the whole city that since 2015, Wuxi has achieved a series of new breakthroughs in the aspect of policy creation and formulation of supporting and standardizing the development of the elderly care service industry. Wuxi took the lead in issuing the Regulations on Nursing Institutions for the Aged in Wuxi, comprehensively strengthening the planning and construction, supporting development and service management of nursing institutions for the aged in the form of local laws and regulations, and propelling pension service industry to realize overall planning and integrative development in top-level design; and issued the Notice on Perfecting Policy of Fiscal Subsidies in Pension Service Industry, increasing subsidy vigor to pension nursing assistants, policy-based insurance for the aged and others through expanding range, improving standard and newly increasing vigor. Wuxi has issued Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Development of the Integration between medical support and elderly care and Policies on the Expanding and Bring nursing homes into the basic medical insurance designated management to accelerate the construction of nursing homes and rehabilitation hospital and to fully open the policy of setting outpatient health care of medical institutions and designated policies of inpatient health care in elderly care institutions. In addition, in the aspect of promoting reform, Wuxi issued the Implementation Plans for Propelling Reform of State-run Nursing Institutions for the Aged in Wuxi, vigorously promoting the reform of state-run nursing institutions for the aged; and in the aspect of

  4. innovative services, Wuxi issued the Notice on Accelerating the Construction of Smart Elderly Care, advancing the action plans for smart elderly care, and promulgated the Opinions on Accelerating the Development of Modern Insurance Services, giving priorities to the following aspects: to develop commercial endowment insurance, to improve public endowment insurance and to carry out the individual tax deferral commercial endowment insurance pilot. 2. WIPB Successfully Introduced US-listed Solar Energy Enterprise Headquarters to Settle in New District Recently, the investment headquarters in China of US Nasdaq-listed Sky Solar Group has settled in Wuxi New District. The new company is called Sky Solar New Energy (Wuxi) Co., Ltd., with a total investment of $ 90 million. As initial established investment subject of parent company in China, it is mainly engaged in investment and construction of solar photovoltaic power plants, contract energy management, technical services and import and export trade businesses. Earlier this year, WIPB learned about the information that Sky Solar Group plans to establish the investment headquarters in China, and then timely delivered the information to Wuxi New District. They actively made a joint effort in project tracking and negotiation. After six months of effort, on April 1, Sky Solar Group signed a settlement agreement with Wuxi New District. Recently, it has completed registration formalities and has officially settled in Wuxi.

WIPB Successful Introduced German STARZ Company to Settle in Huishan Economic Development Zone Recently, Germany STARZ Company introduced by WIPB has signed the investment and cooperation agreement with and Wuxi Huishan Economic Development Zone. As agreed upon, the total investment of automobile wiring project by German STARZ Company in Huishan Economic Development Zone is 36 million euros, with the registered capital of 12 million euros and with the factory area of about 8,000 square meters. The project is scheduled to start in October 2015 and will be put into operation in April 2016. The estimated annual sales shall be no less than 150 million yuan. The settlement of the project in Wuxi will further improve the industry chain of auto parts. 4. 2.2 Billion Worth of US-funded Elderly Care Project Settled in Yixing On September 8, in the promotion meeting of Yixing healthy elderly care ecotourism and cultural industries, the US-funded project with a total investment of 2.2 billion on elderly care was officially settled in Yixing. At the meeting, Rong Shi Group from the USA reached investment intentions. As the pilot city of national elderly care service industry, Yixing has basically formed the elderly care system of government-led elderly care, social elderly care, community elderly care, farmhouse elderly care and so on. The newly- introduced project is the integration of ecological elderly care, leisure elderly care, tourism elderly care, who is situated in in Yixing Yangxian Scenic Area, with particularly favorable natural conditions.

German Vaillant Set up Branch Offices in Wuxi On September 8, German Vaillant Company set up branch offices in Wuxi, who will bear its sales and service work in Wuxi and the entire southern Jiangsu market. This old German manufacturing companies has set up the only Asian R & D center in Wuxi as early as eight years ago. Vaillant has maintained a year-on-year growth of more than 25% in the Chinese market every year, while the increased heating demand in southern market brings more opportunities for Vaillant. In 2007, German Vaillant invested and established its first factory which includes the production and R & D outside Europe. 6. New Projects of Advanced Manufacturing Industry to Settle in HEDZ On September 17th, Huishan Economic Development Zone (HEDZ) held the project signing ceremony of advanced manufacturing base theme promotion and, and successfully signed nine key projects with a total investment of 1.32 billion yuan. The advanced manufacturing base in Huishan Development Zone has gathered more than 400 advanced manufacturing enterprises, covering eight areas in automotive and spare parts, textiles, clothing, electrical and mechanical equipment manufacturing, etc. The nine projects feature large investment, advanced technologies and high output efficiency. Among them, Korea Keyyang turbocharged project is the first overseas factory established by Korea Keyyang Co., Ltd. At present, the company has reached a supply agreement with some large vehicle enterprises, such as SAIC, FAW, Dongfeng, etc. Through the introduction of advanced technology, the project of Ann Zhuo medical robot will be the first domestic automatic

The Project of Bridgestone Distributed Photovoltaic (PV) Power Plant Settled in Wuxi New District On September 1, the project of Bridgestone 4.6MW distributed photovoltaic power plant was signed to settle in Wuxi New District, which was invested by the OCI (Wuxi) photo voltaic power Co., Ltd. Osella (OCI) Corporation in South Korea is a world- renowned new energy and chemical group, whose business involves many fields, such as renewable energy, new insulation materials. Its many products keep leading advantage in the world. Osella (Wuxi) Photo voltaic Power Company Limited was invested and set up by Osella (China) investment Co., Ltd in October 2014. 8. DHL Aviation Logistics Project Settled in Wuxi Airport Industrial Park On September 8, the world's leading express delivery company —DHL signed with Wuxi New District and settled DHL aviation logistics project in Wuxi Airport Industrial Park, adding new momentum to the construction of Sunan International Express Logistics gathering area. The total amount of investment of the project is 70 million dollars, and the output of the project is expected to reach 700 million Yuan. DHL Wuxi aviation logistics project is invested and managed by GLP Investment Management (China) Co., Ltd, who purchased lands in Airport Park for DHL tailored aviation logistics space. After the completion of the project, DHL aviation logistics, supply chain and courier and other regional headquarters will settle in. Meanwhile, the legal DHL corporation in will be set up.

The Sixth China International Internet of Things (Sensor Network) Expo Held in Wuxi On September 24, the Sixth China International Internet of Things (Sensor Network) Expo was held in Wuxi, with the theme of innovation and development, application benefit people. As the only innovative demonstration area of national sensor network, Wuxi has seized the opportunity to strengthen its efforts in policy arrangements, project construction and capital investment to accelerate the sectors of development, application and industrialization. The revenues of Internet of things (IoT) and related networking industries have maintained a growth of around 40% in four consecutive years. This Internet of Things Expo showed the latest technological achievements and innovative products in the field of IoT, which will become the bridge and link for Wuxi to establish a close relationship with famous IoT enterprises at home and abroad, and which will effectively promote networking technology exchange and industrial development. In the Opening ceremony, ten projects of Internet of things were signed on the spot, and 2014-2015 Annual Report of China Internet of Things and ten application cases of Internet of things were issued. 10. Taihu Summit Forum on Chinese Manufacturing 2025 Held in Wuxi Recently, Taihu Summit Forum on Chinese Manufacturing 2015 has been held in Wuxi. A total of more than 300 CIOs and people in the circle from across the country participated in the activity, discussing how to promote China Manufacturing 2025 through the Internet of things, cloud computing, big data and other advanced technology under the background of "Internet Plus".
