  3. Question #1 What steps and/or obligations do schools have when dealing with cyber bullying accusations?

  4. Question #2 If a parent brings in evidence of cyber bullying what steps should be taken?

  5. Question #3 How often are courts seeing cyber issues relating to minors?

  6. Question #4 Can students be disciplined at school if sexting or cyber bullying took place off school property?

  7. Question #5 If inappropriate pictures/harassment is believed to be on an electronic device, what should administrators or teachers do? What can be searched and by whom?
