  4. What is COS Pivot? COS Funding Opportunities + Scholar Universe + COS Expertise = COS Pivot • Funding Opportunities =26,000+ records • Scholar Universe + Expertise = 3.2 million Profiles • Pivot suggests funding based on Pivot profile (vice-versa too)

  5. Accessing COS Pivot • http://pivot.cos.com • Log-in with existing COS username & password • No user name & password? Click “Log-In” then “Log-in Help”

  6. Accessing COS Pivot (cont’d) • We’ll send confirmation e-mail with link to get Pivot access • e-mail address must match e-mail domain for school • user’s e-mail address will be username when logging into Pivot (New accounts only)

  7. Claiming a Profile • Have a profile in Pivot? Connect it to Pivot account • Claiming a profile allows you to see the Advisor on home page & update profile • Profile has been claimed if your name is hyperlinked on home page • Not hyperlinked = not claimed
