  2. Just a minute The Evolution of Communication • The history of communication goes back thousands of years. • Communication is a process of • transferring information from one entity to another • imparting or interchanging of thoughts, opinions, or information by speech, writing, or signs".

  4. Social Studies The Evolution of Communication Then writing began to appear on paper, papyrus, clay, wax, etc. Common alphabets were introduced, allowing the uniformity of language across large distances. Now information can now be transferred via controlled waves and electronic signals.

This is the type of communication that takes place through creative expressions: playing instrumental music, dancing, painting and sculpturing.
