    7. •Therefore, to set hunting regulations all States and several Canadian provinces within the same Flyway meet to go over monitoring, survey, harvest and scientific data that is collected before each season The Flyway meetings have each State’s biologists coming together to analyze data and then come up with a group of Flyway recommendations. These recommendations are presented to the Service’s Regulations Committee (SRC) for evaluation, modification, and acceptance. The SRC evaluates proposals by each Flyway and must also factor in across Flyway impacts - - because several duck/geese populations (pintails, canvasbacks, etc.) are impacted by numerous Flyway proposals.
