  3. Mission and Goals Our mission and goals... The mission of B.P. Hopper Primary School is to ensure the success of each student by providing a nurturing child-centered learning environment in which students gain a strong academic foundation. In order to achieve success, we have set the following goals: • To prepare our students for the new passing standards of STAAR. • To increase mastery on assessments in all subjects. • To improve Title I services to better meet the needs of economically disadvantaged students. • To improve student attendance. • To encourage and support parent involvement. • To promote community involvement.
