  7. Know your online friends. • People are not always who they claim they are. • Do not share your username or password with anyone. • Keep personal details private. Nickname12

  9. Even if you delete something, it is still in cyberspace. It’s permanent. • Think before you send. • Don’t post anything you wouldn’t want your parents or teachers to know about. • Do not post when you are angry.

  10. Use privacy settings on your accounts: • Allow only friends that you know view your information. • Be careful when allowing others to “tag” you in photos. • Be cautious when letting others “check you in” when you • have gone places.
