Advantages • Monitoring or mass-trapping of insects • Traps both sexes of insects • Safer to beneficial insects • Dependence on chemical pesticides can be minimized. • Natural balance can be restored, eco-system will be least disrupted. • Pressure on other natural enemies due to chemical pesticides shall decrease.
