Context and main goals/ambitions at the startup of LT HRA in September 2009 (Stockholm) • Main goals: • to exchange good practices in the field of HRM assessment and analyze them in the light of their use in other Member States; • to raise awareness and knowledge about HRM performance assessment various models and tools; • to involve the HR practitioners and HR Managers at the national level in the co-operation with the EUPAN (HRWG) and hence to improve networking between the HR players; • to assess and update the indicators given in the study and/or to develop own indicators. • Participants • Belgium, France, Malta, Luxembourg, European Commission, Lithuania
