Permanent Resident Singapore The Professionals/Technical Personnel & trained worker scheme or the PTS policy is for overseas professionals who are working in Singapore at the time of applying to become Singapore permanent resident. The PTS policy is that the easiest and most assured route to attaining PR in Singapore.
