Computers • A computer is an electronic device that stores, processes, and retrieves information. • ENIAC stand for the electronic numerical integrator and calculator. • The PC today is 400 times faster than the ENIAC. • Charles Babbage designed the first computer called the Difference Engine. • The digits 0 and 1 are used in the binary system. A system that is easy to read for a computer.
