Factoria Recycling and Transfer Station • Program and Project History • 2007 SWD Transfer and Waste Management Plan provided a blueprint for the future of the King County’s solid waste management system. • Recommended replacing Factoria Transfer Station with a new facility at the same site or alternative location in Bellevue. • Decision made to locate new facility at the same site.
